We are a small group of about 20 members all suffering, to varying degrees, from ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Meeting every Thursday evening at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, enables us to exercise, under the supervision of qualified and friendly physiotherapists, and discuss any problems associated with the disease.
